Jean-Baptiste Saurette 1741-1785

Joseph was born October 24, 1741 in the town of St-Mathias, Rouville, Quebec, Canada. He was the son of Jacques Saurette and Catherine Laporte. He married Marie-Catherine Gautier dite St-Germain July 18, 1763 in Chambly, Quebec, Canada. Jean-Baptiste died December 24, 1785, in St-Mathias and was buried there a week later.

Like the other Saurette men in my lineage, Jean-Baptiste had numerous offspring. He was married three times and had children with each of his wives. The family report above only reflects my direct line.
